From May 20th to 27th, the 2025 "Belt and Road" Youth Sports Exchange Week (Jiangsu) was held in the Flying Horse Water City, Jiangyin. This exchange week was guided by the Foreign Sports Exchange Center of the General Administration of Sport of China and the Office of the Leading Group for Promoting the Construction of the "Belt and Road" Initiative in Jiangsu Province, and was hosted by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Sports, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education, and the Foreign Affairs Office of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government. It was organized by the Jiangsu International Sports Exchange Center, the Wuxi Municipal Sports Bureau, and the Jiangyin Municipal People's Government. Our school selected 11 international students from Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Tajikistan to participate in the orienteering event of this activity. The Tajikistani international student Manu won the 7th place in the 2025 "Belt and Road" International Youth Orienteering Training Camp, and our school was awarded the Excellent Organization Award.

This "Belt and Road" International Youth Orienteering Training Camp was held in the Feima Water City of Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province and the Huishan Ancient Town of Wuxi. During the competition, the international students of our school moved among the European-style buildings in Feima Water City, experiencing the modern vitality of the international equestrian base; they ran on the flagstone roads of Huishan Ancient Town, touching the historical texture of the Jiangnan ancestral hall culture, and witnessed the development pulse of Jiangsu's interweaving of tradition and modernity in the sweat they shed. Besides the competition, the international students of our school also participated in a variety of cultural exchange activities, visited the Horse Culture Museum and Huaxi Village, and enhanced their understanding of Jiangsu.

It is reported that as an important brand event of cultural and people-to-people exchanges along the "Belt and Road" in Jiangsu Province, the "Belt and Road" Youth Sports Exchange Week (Jiangsu) has been held for six consecutive years. This year's exchange week is themed "Connecting with New Jiangsu, Igniting AI Youth". During the event, a series of youth sports and cultural exchange activities were carried out, including the 2025 "Belt and Road" International Youth Men's 3x3 Basketball Invitational Tournament, the "Belt and Road" Youth Outdoor Sports Challenge, and the "Belt and Road" International Youth Orienteering Training Camp. The event received an enthusiastic response from young international students from "Belt and Road" countries and regions studying in Jiangsu's universities. After strict selection, nearly 500 international youth from 66 countries and regions gathered here to fulfill their youth promise.
