In the afternoon of September 29th, the 2020 Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day Celebration Party for International Students was held in Conference Room 5413 of International School.

The party activities were wonderful. Fanny, Ithea Oscar and other students brought dance with African characteristics Hanmu, a student from Yemen, sang the Chinese song The Moon Represents My Heart, which attracted the audience to sing together. Ms. Liu introduced the origin of the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, the important traditional Chinese festivals, as well as the customs of viewing the moon, eating moon cakes and drinking osmanthus wine at the Mid-Autumn Festival. In addition, there were interactive games full of Chinese elements and various celebrations, which won the applause of the audience. Amidst the laughter and singing, teachers and students learned about the festival, recited classical poems, performed wonderful dances, tasted mid-autumn moon cakes and played interactive games, and all were enchanted by the festive atmosphere and the profound Chinese traditional culture.
