In the afternoon of Nov. 27, the International School held a lecture and counseling activity on personal protection and psychological adjustment of COVID - 19 in classroom 5308. The lecture was given by Tian Chen Yan, the deputy director of the psychiatric department of Changzhou Medical District of the 94th Hospital, and Dean Gu Jianliu, Vice Dean Wang Lei, counselor Chen Jie, representatives of class teachers and all international students attended the lecture.

Director Tian firstly started from the situation of COVID - 19, focusing on the personal protection and psychological adjustment. During the normalization of the epidemic prevention and control, it is important to insist on personal protection, wear masks scientifically, reduce the gathering of people, enhance physical fitness, and develop hygiene habits and healthy eating habits. At the same time, Director Tian introduced the functions of several types of masks and invited students to demonstrate seven-step procedure for washing hands and the process of wearing masks.

This activity aims to guide students to further understand and master the basic knowledge and skills of epidemic prevention and control, and help them establish a positive and optimistic psychological state.
